The encounter of three artists with very different backgrounds, El Deyma is a French rock band from Paris: Florian Guillaume on gui- tar, Adrien Simonnot on bass, and Vincent Thomas on drums.

Even if El Deyma chose to start again from scratch in February 2010 with a new line-up, the band has been existing for almost five years and its current mem- bers all have acquired solid experiences around the world. Indeed, they all had the chance to live in some of the world’s most creative cities: Florian in New York City, Vincent in Paris, and Adrien in Chicago.

This can be heard in the influences brought by each one of them, making El Deyma’s music unique: de- finitely rock but blended with elements of pop, folk, blues, funk, and even hip-hop. In the end, it will re- mind you of Radiohead, the Beatles, the Doors, Pink Floyd, Bloc Party, Oasis, Muse, the Beastie Boys…

El Deyma lays a new foundation stone with a new Ep, «Time Out», several shows in Pa- ris, including the Bric à Brac, the OPA Bastille, Tennessee Jazz Club, the Bus Palladium… The band recently won the 2012 Bus Palladium ‘s best hope award.
